We have been very pleased with Drake Pest Control. Our lawn has greatly improved. Our technician Scott is thorough and communicates with us very well to let us know what the problems areas are and how he is addressing them. The photos on his report are helpful in understanding the issues bin the event we aren't home when the service occurs.

Drake has provided terrific service for my lawn for a year, now. They identified specific problems - moles, lawn pests and weed problems, which they're treating and resolving. (no more moles!) The company is very easy to work with and the lawn techs are polite and efficient. Lawn care made simple!

Worth every penny! I've tried a few lawn and pest control companies, and while some were cheaper, none delivered results like this company. From the first visit, they were professional, thorough, and clearly knew what they were doing. My pest issues are under control and my lawn is already improving. If you're looking for the cheapest option, this might not be it, but if you want a company that delivers on their promises, Drake is the way to go. Highly recommend.

Updating the stars on my review. Drake has addressed my concerns in the front yard. I am still disappointed in the backyard, and they have told me they don’t even recommend resodding so I will just have 50% dead patches back there. I think they could have trained the sales person a bit better to not even recommend treating weeds back there. (As the general manager has now recommended)

Update: Drake did contact me to walk through my property. I appreciate them taking my review seriously, but I do think some of my frustrations are still valid. I’ll be happy to update my review as I see progress in the areas they said they’d be able to treat.

I hired Drake in May to start lawn service for a house I had just purchased. The sales guy that came out to quote me was nice and gave me some helpful tips about my lawn. He was a bit pushy and pushed for an answer right then. Nonetheless, I decided to start lawn service with them. In the beginning, I did have some irrigation issues (before they claim thats the reason my lawn looks like this today) but I have since solved the issue temporarily while I save to invest in better irrigation.
Since May, my lawn has deteriorated quickly with huge patches of weed coming up weekly. In addition, I have sod worms in the backyard, and have mentioned this to the service tech, and meanwhile they have eaten through half of my grass. I think that I had reasonable expectations that it may take a while to have my lawn looking great, but I didn’t expect my weed problems to get SO much worse after hiring Drake.

There were sections of my lawn that were 100% weed, and after a couple of treatments all the weed had been killed off. Since then, the weeds have grown back twice as bad.

I’m very overwhelmed by how bad my lawn looks and fear that Drake has put me closer to needing to resod than I was 6 months ago.

Tech called to update the service call. I am a snowbird so I was not at home. He called every step of the process to keep me informed.

my irrigation system needed to be updated. After a very reasonable estimate, the gentleman came over and did the work and it was impeccable. Very professional and you would never know that my yard was dug up and put back together again. I also use them for my pest control and fertilization. My lawn has never looked as good.I love Drake lawn service.

Scott did a great job! The chemicals of Drake Lawn & Pest Control was so powerful after 4 days of treatment we saw the difference of our lawn it turned out green. We cannot wait for another 3 weeks how thick and lush my grass will be. Highly recommended to family and friends.

I've purchased lawn, pest control inside & out as well as having irrigation system repaired. Thus far majority of my interaction with techs have been positive. I've only been here 6 weeks so slowly adjusting to see how it goes. My only difficulty is getting through to someone to schedule follow up visit with a concern. Apart from that I'm pleased.
